(1) The meeting of the committee will be held on the date, time and place specified by the chairman.
(2) The meeting of the committee shall be presided over by the chairman and in his absence, a member selected from among the members of the committee present in the meeting shall preside over the meeting.
(3) If ninety one percent of the total number of members attend the meeting of the committee, the quorum will be considered complete.
(4) In the meeting of the committee, the opinion of the majority will be considered as the decision of the committee and if there is a tie, the chairman will give the deciding vote.
(5) The decision of the committee will be verified by the member-secretary.
(6) Other procedures related to the meeting of the committee shall be as determined by the committee itself.
